The cornerstone of our extensive selection activity is our 4-step screening process
which includes an in-depth custom designed questionnaire. Responses to a series of over 75
behavior-based questions are rated on a scale, over a 2-hour period, resulting in an overall
candidate rating. We look for a unique blend of skills, experience, personal attributes and past
successes which will represent the right fit for both the client and the candidate. A key focus
would be the identification and assessment of numerous personal and social competencies which will
build value added relationships with both internal and external customers. We pay particular attention
to the right fit vis-ý-vis the culture, values and reputations of both the client and the candidate.
